So, are you using one of the Apple’s iDevices? What a thrill, isn’t it? You’ll be thrilled all the more when you are using their tiptop device, which is the iPhone 5S. Not only is the hardware of iDevices neatly designed, but the flagships are also geared up with the latest mobile operating system of Apple: the iOS 7.

With the neat and elegant design of Apple’s products inside and out, aren’t you curious on what the fuss is all about? Or, the question is: is it a fuss in a good way or a bad way?

Blatantly, Apple’s smartphone and tablet flagships are something that could instigate the amusement of people. But ones you have experienced the device yourself, you may find some glitches that would make you fuss in a not so good way. Well, let’s cut to the chase and pinpoint the iMessage.

If you do a quick web search regarding Apple iOS 7’s iMessage, then you’d probably see a lot of complaints from people who experience problems with it-specifically, messages aren’t being received. Same goes when you send a message. You won’t get a notification if the delivery of the message succeeded. You are just locked with the idea of assuming the people you are sending the message have received it. And if you are one of those who upgraded their mobile platforms to iOS 7, you must have been guilty of experiencing them, too. And with that being said, Apple gave a word that they will give a downloadable update sooner than later. But can you still wait a little longer as you resist your about-to-burst temper? Well, I can’t. Let me share these three simple steps I found that does the trick:

Step 1:

First off, you must go to your handheld device’s Settings-the grey gear-so you could turn the iMessage off. How, you ask? When you are already in the Settings area, scroll down and find the “Messages.” You’ll quickly find it since it is the only one with the green speech bubble-evidently. And once you’ve toggled it, turn the iMessage off by swiping the green tab.

Step 2:

Have you turned it off? Great! Now, go back to Settings once again and search for “General.” As you tap the “General” option, scroll all the way down till you find the “Reset” option-don’t worry, it won’t erase all your iMessages. As you reset your phone by toggling “Reset Network Settings,” you will be prompted to enter your 4-digit PIN or your biometric access if you are an iPhone 5S user. Booting back up may take awhile, so just be patient.

Step 3:

Now as you have reset it, make sure you are connected on your Wi-Fi network because this is the part where you are now going to turn the iMessage on. Once again, go back to the Settings, hit the “Messages” once more, and slide the grey tab to green in order to turn it on. And voila! You will then see which messages weren’t delivered successfully.
